RE-TESTING PROTOCOL
If a circumstance arises where you are dissatisfied with your data and believe your results are inaccurate, you can request a rerun. Here’s the deal:
If we retest the sample and the materially differ from your original report, we will send you your amended results and your test is FREE.
If, however, the results are consistent with the original test, you pay for the additional run at our regular pricing.
Payment Types
Upon receiving your results, you will receive an invoice. We currently accept check, cash, or ACH which will be linked on your QuickBooks Invoice. Credit/Debit cards accepted on a case-by-case basis and may be subject to a 2.5% service fee.
Account Setup
An account is automatically set up when you submit an intake form with product.
*Next-Day turn-around means ‘next business-day’ and is unavailable for samples received after intake hours, on weekends or holidays.
