Getting Started is easy:
1. Download the Intake form
2. Print and complete the form. Be sure to provide the email address where you would like your results sent. If there is anything unusual about your product, please specify it in the ‘notes’. If you are wanting to test tinctures, please specify the base (olive oil, MCT).
3. Send your sample(S) with the completed form to:

4. Upon completion, your results will be sent to the email address provided on the intake form, and an invoice will be sent. You can remit payment by ACH, or drop a check in the mail. We currently do not accept credit cards.
